Understanding your boarding priority

Highest priority official or emergency travel. Active duty on emergency leave or official business.

EML (Environmental & Morale Leave)

Environmental & Morale Leave. Authorized for qualifying overseas assignments.

Active duty personnel on ordinary leave (vacation time).

Accompanied Dependents

Dependents traveling with sponsor on leave or EML.

Unaccompanied Dependents

Lower category number = higher boarding priority. Categories are based on DoD Instruction 4515.13 and AMC Space-A Travel guidelines. Categories are filled in order during flight roll call. Earlier categories have better chances of getting seats.
